I've been on a healing and growth journey for a long time, and it is not all flowers and rainbows, it is actually very hard work! In this episode I talk about my journey to heal myself, how I'm working towards becoming a better version of me, and how that is important for me as a mom. Our kids watch everything we do, so this journey is all about building a better version of myself so I can build great version of them!
