My son had an outburst and it was a direct reflection of me. As moms we can hold onto a lot of frustration and resentment before we blow, but when we do pop a gasket, it isn't pretty! In this weeks episode I talk about what went down with my toddler, how I am taking it as a learning experience, and why mom rage - and showing emotions in general - is so important for our developing kids.
I also rant a bit about Christmas and wonder how I'm going to manage the holidays this year, especially when I'm feeling kind of blue.
